This one is for a show at the esteemed Ashmolean Museum in Oxford which celebrates approximately a century of wood engraving. Curated by Anne Desmet RA, it promises to be the biggest review of the medium for a very long time and will include all the most famous exponents ever to wield a scorper or spitsticker.

It will also include me - I think I will have two tiny engravings in the show. There is a sumptuous catalogue for the show which is likely to become a significant reference work for engravers as it will include many additional reproductions of engravings and detailed essays and biographical info.
