A case bound book printed with linocut, pochoir and rubber stamps onto Somerset Natural 300gsm. paper.
30 pages, closed dimensions 290 x 250 x 16mm.
This book is made using the left over lino blocks from a previous landscape print of Wales together with various rubber stamps I have made or had made. Visually I was attempting to see what landscape space I could create by using elements placed onto a predominantly white page.
Each double page is intended to be an individual scene from which the reader/viewer can construct their own narrative while the same elements appear on other pages in the way characters appear in different tales in traditional mythologies.
